Templeton Built has been designing and building across Adelaide since 2001, under the same family name for three generations. Jordan's grandfather was raising sheds in this city long before any of this had a website.
We take on a deliberately small number of projects each year. That means Jordan is on your site and in your meetings — not a project manager you've never met, working from a spreadsheet across town.

Do you work to a fixed price or cost-plus?
Both, depending on the project. What doesn't change is that you see the full costing schedule either way — every trade, every allowance and our margin — so you know what sits behind the number you're agreeing to.
How early should we talk to you?
Earlier than most people do. If you bring us in before the design is locked, we can tell you what your site and your council will allow, and which decisions are quietly setting your budget. It costs you nothing and it saves redesign fees later.
Which parts of Adelaide do you build in?
Across metropolitan Adelaide and the Hills — from the coastal suburbs through to Stirling and the surrounding districts. We know the councils, the heritage overlays and the soil.
How many projects do you take on at once?
Deliberately few. It's the only way Jordan can be on every site rather than managing yours from a distance.
